Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $90.
Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $90, a flat shipping fee of $7 applies for all countries.
Processing Time: Mercantile products are made-to-order. Apparel and gift items are printed and packaged within 1-3 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes anywhere from 2 to 20 days, depending on country. Orders may be shipped from either the UK or Texas factories depending on availability. US customers, we appreciate your patience as the Texas factory scales to ship more orders.

At Mother Luck Ranch, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt. Unfortuantely after 30 days, we can no longer offer returns or exchanges. Item must be unused or unworn and unwashed.
Free Returns: Return items within 30 days for a full refund. We will email you a return shipping label. Refund will be issued once return is received.
Free Exchanges: Exchange any item for a different size or style with no additional shipping costs. Exchange item will be shipped once return is mailed. Any balance or credit will be charged or refunded with the exchange order.
Shipping Fee: If your return brings your order value below the $90 free shipping threshold, a $7 flat shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you choose to exchange items instead.

All Feed Store orders are done on a preorder basis, therefore we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on poultry and livestock feed. Shipping is not available for the Feed Store. All feed orders must be picked up at Mother Luck Ranch.
